Jared Baker

Jared J. Baker joined Human Capital Advisors as a Recruiter in February of 2018 and has over 5 years of corporate and executive recruitment experience spanning multiple industries and functions. Prior to joining Human Capital Advisors, Jared was a Technical Recruiter for KForce Professional Staffing where he was responsible for identifying, engaging, and recruiting qualified candidates by performing sourcing activities to include, but not limited to: market and Internet research identifying alternate candidate sources, cold calling, executing recruiting calls, referral recruiting, online social networking, attending seminars and local networking events. Jared excels at analyzing client requirements against qualifications of candidates and match the best candidate with client needs.

Jared holds a B.S. in Business Management with an Operational Excellence Minor from Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, PA. Jared is an avid sports fan with his favorite sport being Soccer. He played soccer through his Senior year of High School. He also enjoys being outside and enjoys taking his Beagle for walks.
